Are You Ready for Today’s Texas Housing Market Boom?

Houston’s housing market is still growing, unlike the West Coast and areas of South Florida where the bubble has burst. Those markets in years past were super heated. You could sell your home “as is” without even a touch up. In normal markets like ours in North Houston and The Woodlands, move-in homes with high quality renovations are at a premium and will sell quickly, especially in neighborhoods near Town Center.

Before you are ready to sell, I can assist you with what you need to get your home ready for market. Updating floors, kitchens and bathrooms, details like moldings and paint, tile, granite counters, fireplaces, entry doors, the areas important to buyers. I’ve found that the homes I remodeled prior to listing, sell within the first two weeks, simply because buyers want homes that are updated and beautiful. Your house will stand out from the rest. I’ve seen buyers fall in love with an updated home with details they haven’t seen anywhere  else, new custom and semi-custom homes, so they write up a contract.  Call me at 281-384-3276 for a free estimate and to schedule an appointment.

Great blog idea. I know that your expertise helped me sell my home in California in one weekend! And there were no surprises at inspection time. You really know how to flip them, Gary.
